With over 18 years of experience as a specialized manufacturer, we take pride in our strict craftsmanship and high-quality standards. Every premium nail brush we produce goes through more than 16 rigorous production processes to ensure it meets the demands of professional nail artists.

Step 1: Material Selection

We use only 100% pure Kolinsky hair and high-quality synthetic fibers (for economy options or some nail art brushes). Each batch is tested for softness, elasticity, and purity. Any coarse, brittle, or impure hair is removed.

Step 2: Sorting, Arranging & Trimming

Skilled workers sort the hair carefully ,they sort out and discard any poor-quality hair, short strands, stray hairs, and broken hair.. The hair is then trimmed to the required size (sizes 2 to 24), ensuring uniform length and exceptional quality for every brush.

Step 3: Handmade Shaping

Unlike machine-made alternatives, our Kolinsky brushes are hand-shaped and hand-bound. Workers align the hair using a vibration machine, shape it manually according to client specifications, carefully bind the hair, insert it into the ferrule, and refine the shape. This step requires years of experience—even a minor mistake can affect brush performance.

Step 4: Gluing, Sterilization & Setting

The brushes undergo glue application, sterilization, repeated sealing, drying, cleaning to remove stray hairs, and final shaping.

Step 5: Printing, Assembly, Cleaning & Packaging

Handles are printed, brushes are assembled, cleaned, and carefully packaged.

Step 6: Quality Inspection

Each brush must pass six rounds of inspection:1. Hair quality, length, and shape；2. ；Glue leakage check；3.Tip snap and elasticity test；4.Shedding test；5.Handle smoothness, print clarity, and straightness of assembly；6.Quantity verification。Only brushes that pass all inspections are approved for shipment.
